The 5 holidays you can afford for Valentines

The Windsor Guest House, Bath (£145 including breakfast)

This 5-star Georgian townhouse is a two minute walk from the centre’s shops, historic sites and the Thermae Spa. This is a charming townhouse, which is even perfect for a honeymoon. Each en suite room is individually decorated but with a cosy vibe, you will feel right at home.

Plaza Etoile, Paris (£148)

Arguably, Paris is the most romantic city in the world so a Valentine’s Day here could be pretty special. Plaza Etoile is a three minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. You won’t need to spend a lot of money in Paris to have a romantic time. Walks around the Eiffel Tower, a trip to the Louvre or enjoying a crêpe along the River Seine are all possible on a tight budget. The hotel itself is modern and contemporary but with an array of restaurants nearby, you can achieve any mini-break you like.

The Roxburgh, Edinburgh (£199.70)

The rooms offer a flat-screen TV, 24-hour room service, and a fridge. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool and treatment room too. The hotel is at the heart of the capital’s financial district and a walk from Princes street.

Crowne Plaza London Battersea, London  (from £130 pp)

This is a very chic spa which is adult-only. An overnight break here includes bed and breakfast, two course dinner, a choice of 1 x 25 minute treatment and full use of the spa facilities. There is easy access to London’s finest attractions being on the south side of the  Thames.

The Morgan, Dublin (£129)

This 4-star hotel is located in the heart of Dublin. With a lounge bar and onsite restaurant, food is always available (which is part of the reason we go on holiday right?) Additional amenities are also available to you, including fitness centre, laundry services, child care and onsite tennis court.
