A New year.. A new look! Here at Scriptoeris, we are shivering in our boots and can’t think of a better way to start the new year with a bang, so here is 5 winter warmers to get your hearts fluttering!
1) To kick things off we have the ASOS Faux Fur Funnel Snood. Snoods are great because they are so easy to wear and you don’t have to try find the end of your scarf and try awkwardly style it! We love the texture of this fur and it would look great on with an oversized jumper!
2) Topshop have pulled out all the stops with their Faux Tipped Fur Jacket in Cream and the first thing to mention is how cosy it looks! This jacket would be a definite winter warmer for us at Scriptoeris – how can you resist the softness?! The jacket has a high neck, which is great because it may be too much to wear a scarf with this! This jacket would look great on an evening out with some leather trousers, or if you’re looking to go casual, you could edge it up with some ripped blue jeans!
3) I am restraining myself as we speak because this Derran Faux Fur Gilet in Grey is to. die. for. Missguided have come out on top form with this and I think gilet’s are a great winter accessory to have! I pair mine over the top of a leather jacket and it looks edgy, yet is super cosy too! This gilet is also a great way to get into fur as its not your typical girly soft fur – its more rugged!
4) The Ludovica Faux Fur Headband in Black is from Missguided and an absolute bargain (it’s under £10!). So this may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but they are keep you warm and are easy to quickly throw on if you’re having a bad hair day or just to complete a look! 
This would look great on with a tartan scarf, and a personal tip here at Scriptoeris, is to get the opposite colour to your hair, which contrasts so you don’t look like you have a furry head! An alternative would be this ASOS Fur Pom Ears Beanie – just because it’s so darn cute!
5) Feast your eyes on Topshop’s Fluffy Swing Coat in Pale Pink to get in touch with your swinging 60s side. It may not be your typical fur jacket – but for those who are looking for a way to get into fur without going all Cruella DeVille, this ones great! The peachy/pink colour is huge this season and the style is smart, yet also casual so can be worn with jeans, skirts and also dresses! My personal favourite would be with some white jeans – superb!
