How to dress like your favourite celebs at Wimbledon

Off to Wimbledon?

Leave your cable-knits and tennis whites at home and instead look to the celebrities and fashionistas. All while accessorising with champagne and strawberries, think prints, florals and appropriate heels. Being England’s most prestigious sporting event, Wimbledon epitomises the British summertime and there are no excuses accepted here. Whether in a VIP suite, a Royal Box or court-side, all dress to the nines.

In 2016, Beyoncé attended Wimbledon to support Selena Williams in the women’s final. Forever the cool girl, the mother-of-three wore tennis whites with round shades. This outfit definitely makes a statement, we love it though because it is so easy to achieve.

In 2014, the Royal Box at Wimbledon was packed with famous faces for the men’s semi-final matches but one girl stole the show. They are not together anymore but back when it was all romance and smiles, Waterhouse was spotted enjoying a day of tennis with her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper. Note: Want to turn heads at Wimbledon? A multi-coloured print skirt and a matching crop top should do the trick. And if you are worried about the heat and your melting face then there are tips here on keeping it in place.

The fashion designer is known for keeping her accessories to a minimum and usually finishes off her ensemble with oversized sunglasses.  Victoria Beckham wears bold prints and a matching bag. Even though this dress, worn back in 2014, comes in at £500, if you want to follow Beckham’s style then think bold, classy and matching.

We adore the Nicholas strapless dress for Wimbledon, which was also worn by Lucy Hale most recently on her hit TV show Pretty Little Liars.

The AX Paris dress is more fun and flirty though and is at the bargain price of £12.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have attended Wimbledon for the past six consecutive years, seeing world no. 1 Andy Murray win the men’s final – in 2013 and 2016. Kate Middleton loves a classic look and more often than not, wears an A-line style skirt or a shift dress which nips in at the waist.  Last summer, Kate wore a stunning cap sleeve dress by Alexander McQueen, and the year before donned a red LK Bennett shift dress.
This LK Bennett Sloane blue dress is very fitting for the occasion and won’t break the bank.
Some will rejoice at the thought of ‘no specific style rules’ while others can feel overwhelmed by options. Cue Sienna Miller. We have been following the bohemian style icon since 2004 but in recent years her style has upped the ante. In all white, Miller is dressed down but knows how to pull off effortlessly chic with red lipstick.
We tested them all and here are our favourites:
